I’m the team’s pediatric PT, graphic designer, content creator, and proud mom of a fierce toddler! With a diverse skill set and a heart full of passion, I’m dedicated to making resources accessible to families and fostering a judgment-free community where children and their caregivers can truly thrive.

In my role as a pediatric physical therapist, I bring 5 years of professional experience and a deep understanding of child development to help little ones reach their full potential. As a self taught graphic designer, I transform complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals that resonate with both kids and adults. My content creation skills allow me to craft valuable resources and share them across various platforms, ensuring that families have access to the best tools and information.

But it doesn’t stop there! As a mom to a spirited toddler, and a newborn, I understand the everyday challenges and joys that come with parenting. This firsthand experience fuels my passion and drives me to create a supportive community where everyone feels welcome and understood.

I am a lifelong learner, always on the lookout for the latest research, tips, and strategies. I love discovering new information and sharing it with anyone eager to listen and implement it.
