Payment & Cancellation Policy We are committed to providing high-quality support to as many families as possible. Due to the high demand for our services, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure availability for all clients. Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice: No charge will be applied. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: You will be charged 50% of the session fee. By scheduling with us, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring your appointment time.
