Finding the Right Plan for You

Which Consultation Plan Is Best for You?

Choosing the right consultation plan depends on your family's unique needs, goals, and comfort level. If you’re looking for exclusive, one-on-one time with our expert Pediatric PT, OT, and/or SLP, our Individual Coaching Plan is the best fit. This option provides personalized guidance tailored specifically to your child, giving you direct access to expert advice and customized strategies that align with your family's journey.

On the other hand, if you find value in learning alongside other parents facing similar challenges, our Group Coaching Plan offers a supportive and enriching experience. Not only will you receive expert insights from our coaches, but you’ll also gain encouragement and practical wisdom from parents navigating the same season of life. This collaborative environment fosters connection, shared experiences, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in your parenting journey.

Both options provide expert-led guidance, but the choice comes down to what works best for you—do you prefer the focused attention of private coaching, or the collective wisdom and camaraderie of group coaching? Whatever you decide, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

    Additional Offerings

    • What types of consultations do you offer?
We offer two types of consultations: One-on-One Personalized Consultations — These are private sessions tailored specifically to your child’s needs. You’ll work directly with one or more of our pediatric experts (Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist) for customized support. Group Coaching Sessions — These are small group sessions designed for parents navigating similar challenges. You’ll gain expert guidance while also hearing from other parents going through the same season of life. Both options offer expert insight, personalized strategies, and a safe, supportive space for you to ask questions and gain confidence in supporting your child’s development.
    • What’s the difference between a Group Session and a One-on-One Consultation?
One-on-One Consultation = Highly personalized, private guidance specific to your child’s development. Group Session = Small group of parents learning from both our expert team and each other. It’s perfect for gaining general strategies, asking questions, and feeling supported by a community of like-minded parents. Both offer expert guidance, but the group setting is ideal for broad learning while private consultations offer very targeted, tailored support.
    • How do I know if I need a One-on-One Consultation or a Group Session?
Great question! Here’s a quick guide: ✅ Choose a One-on-One Consultation if you prefer highly personalized, in-depth guidance tailored to your child’s development and challenges. This is best if you have specific concerns about your child’s motor, communication, feeding, or sensory development. ✅ Choose a Group Session if you want to learn alongside other parents, gain expert insights, and hear real-life experiences from families facing similar challenges. This is great for general development questions, early learning strategies, and gaining a sense of community. If you're still unsure, reach out to us — we’ll help you decide which option best fits your family’s needs.
    • Can I attend both Group Coaching and One-on-One Consultations?
Absolutely! In fact, many parents find it helpful to do both. One-on-One Consultations offer deep, personalized guidance. Group Coaching Sessions offer ongoing support, community, and general guidance. You’re welcome to start with either or both, depending on your comfort level.
    • Will my child need to be present during a Group or One-on-One Sessions?
No. Our Consultative Sessions are designed for parents. We’re here to educate and empower YOU so you can confidently support your child. If you’d like to share observations about your child, we’re happy to discuss those during the sessions.
    • Can I meet with more than one specialist during a One-on-One Consultation?
Yes! One of the unique benefits of working with NewDay Child Coaching is that we are a team of experts in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy. If your child’s needs touch multiple areas of development (for example, motor skills + feeding challenges or communication + sensory regulation), we can schedule a multi-disciplinary consultation where two or more experts join your session. We love working together as a team — and we believe that when you get insight from multiple perspectives, your child gets the most comprehensive support possible.
    • What should I expect from a One-on-One Consultation?
Here’s what happens when you book a One-on-One Consultation: Pre-Consultation Intake: After booking, you’ll receive a short form to complete. This helps us understand your current concerns and goals. Live Session: You’ll meet with one or more of our child development experts (SLP/OT/PT) via video call. We’ll discuss your concerns, and provide expert guidance. Personalized Plan: You’ll walk away with clear, actionable next steps to support your child at home. Follow-Up: Our consultation plan includes scheduling follow-up sessions, for the next three months, to check progress, adjust strategies, or address any new concerns.
    • How long is each One-on-One Consultation?
Typically, our initial consultations last around 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments are around 60 minutes.
    • Do you offer follow-up support after my consultation?
Yes! A three-month follow up plan will be discussed at your initial consultation. After your initial consultation, we’ll send you a summary of the strategies we discussed. You’ll also receive recommendations, activities, and next steps to implement at home. If you need more support, we’re here for you!
    • Can I book a consultation if my child doesn’t have a diagnosis?
Absolutely! Many parents come to us simply because they have questions or concerns about their child’s development — with or without a diagnosis. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and strategies to help your child thrive, regardless of formal diagnoses.
    • Can I use my insurance for One-on-One Consultations?
Currently, our services are private-pay only. However, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies depending on your insurance plan, so we recommend checking with your provider.
