As a young mom having an app to use is so great, especially with the chaos of momhood. It makes it very easy to pickup, put down and pickup again when I have the time. I love it! This book is like having a personal, self paced therapy session for your kiddo, I love the little NewDay take away pieces to summarize all the key information. It's easy to digest and the worksheets make it even easier to put into practice. I found this book so helpful — my first son's crawling came so naturally and when my daughter was born, she struggled and I had no idea where to even start to help her. This book spells it out so perfectly. This is perfect for the parents who want to be proactive in parenting, and may not be able to seek early intervention services.

As a mom I wholeheartedly feel that ensuring your child reaches this milestone can set them up with a foundation for further success throughout their life and is worth the effort when they're younger.

Rachel helped me and my daughter through the toughest time of our lives. My daughter was a 2 lb preemie and struggled with many sensory, motor and other neurodevelopmental challenges in her first years of life. Rachel always listened and responded with empathy and provided us with endless education to help my daughter learn to eat solid foods and get the nutrition that she needed to thrive.

I love your non-judgemental, realistic approach to educating parents. A lot of healthcare providers and people in general lack this skill. Just wanted to point this out to acknowledge what an apparent skill this actually is — you probably don't even realize how much more effective you are, in comparison to someone else who lacks this approach, in ACTUALLY HELPING parents and children. Don't change.
